A. Site Selection
Choose a well-ventilated, dry location (wall/mounting bracket) with ≥30cm clearance for heat dissipation.
Avoid high-temperature, humid, or dusty environments.
B. Tools & Materials
Prepare screwdrivers, insulated gloves, multimeter, and cables/breakers matching inverter specs (e.g., 60A DC breaker).
C. System Compatibility
Verify PV input range (e.g., 30V-180V), battery voltage (24V/48V), and power rating (e.g., 3000W).
Secure inverter to wall/rack using anti-vibration brackets.
Install DC disconnect switch and AC distribution box nearby.
A. PV Array Connection
Connect series/parallel PV strings to PV+/- terminals via flame-retardant conduit.
B. Battery Bank
Wire batteries to match nominal voltage (e.g., 24V), attach to Battery terminals with crimped lugs.
C. Grid/Load
AC output to load panel (L/N wires); grid-tied models require phase sequence verification.
D. Grounding
Connect grounding terminal to earth rod (≥6mm² cable).
Power sequence: Battery → PV → AC output; check LED indicators.
Test voltage stability (220V±5%) and MPPT tracking via monitoring interface.
Simulate grid failure to verify backup mode.
De-energize all sources (PV/battery/grid) before wiring.
Certified inspection required for insulation resistance/leakage tests.
Grid compliance: Obtain utility approval for hybrid systems.
